Vintage Baseball Glove/Mitt: (circa 1958) USA made "Pro Line" Nokona CC (initialized personal model) is an 11" pattern endorsed by Chico Carrasquel, 1950 - '59 (facsimile signature in lower part of "Field-Rite" pocket - just above heel). The photos pretty much describe the glove’s condition and features. As for what you can’t see or might not notice: Well-padded thumb, heel, and pinky; fingers lightly padded; little, if any, padding in pocket. Leather feels Nokona-soft, smooth and somewhat "newish" - not fully broken-in. No holes, rips, or tears inside or out; shows minimal wear. Leather lining chaffed and checked yet comfortably intact; thumb and finger loop straps solid. Original lacing, thick rolled leather piping, stitching, seams, etc. - all in excellent/near new condition. A previous owner’s marking on back side of thumb is very faint - hardly noticeable (almost missed it). Solidly built, near top-line Nokona glove is suitable for play or display. Has been conditioned.
